Paul was born in Brisbane in 1953 and attended St. Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace in Brisbane. He graduated from the University of Queensland Dental School in 1975 and then studied at the Royal College of Surgeons, London before completing a Masters Degree in Orthodontics at the University of Queensland in 1980. Paul is currently a member of the Australian, American and European Orthodontic Societies.

Geoff Stanton, having grown up in Adelaide, graduated from Adelaide University with his BDS (Dental) Degree in 1979. He served in the RAAF as a Dental Officer from 1980 to 1993, enjoying postings in many parts of Australia and in Malaysia.

After leaving the RAAF, he completed his Specialist Orthodontic Training at the University of Sydney, gaining his Masters in Dental Science (Orthodontics) in 1995 and subsequently joined the practice in 1996.

Geoff is a Specialist Dental Officer for the RAAF Reserve.

Dr Linda Ton was born and raised in Brisbane and graduated with honours from the University of Queensland’s Dental School in 2000. She practiced in Sydney for several years, before returning to Brisbane to continue her study. Linda completed her Masters Degree in Orthodontics at the University of Queensland in 2006 and also attained her Membership in Orthodontics, with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in the same year.
